Applicable taxes and transaction-related charges may be added or handled as required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider.

9. Nature of Matchmaking Services

Asha Matrimony assists in identifying and introducing potential matrimonial matches based on information, preferences, availability and the applicable service package.

Matchmaking involves individual preferences and decisions that remain outside Asha Matrimony's control.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee:

  • That a specific person will accept or respond to a proposal.
  • That two individuals or families will be mutually interested.
  • That an introduction will lead to a meeting.
  • That a meeting will lead to engagement or marriage.
  • That a member will continue to be available or interested.
  • Ultimate compatibility between prospective partners.

10. Meetings, Calls & Introductions

Depending on the service package and mutual interest, Asha Matrimony may assist with introductions, calls, communication or meeting coordination.

An introduction or first meeting does not create an obligation on either prospective partner to continue communication or attend additional meetings.

Further communication or meetings may depend on the willingness and consent of the individuals or families involved.

Information concerning prospective matches may originate from the individual, family, representative or other sources.

Although Asha Matrimony may use reasonable processes to support service quality and may request verification information in some circumstances, we cannot guarantee that every statement made by every member is complete, current or accurate.

Members must perform their own due diligence before relying on information for significant personal or financial decisions.

A member may request discontinuation of their matrimonial service by contacting Asha Matrimony.

Stopping or discontinuing a service does not automatically create entitlement to a refund for fees already paid or services already activated or performed.

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further information.

22. Third-Party Services & Links

The website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, such as payment processors, social networks, communication platforms or external forms.
