3. No Guarantee of Marriage

Matchmaking is influenced by personal preferences, family considerations, compatibility, availability, communication and decisions that are outside Asha Matrimony's control.

Accordingly, Asha Matrimony cannot guarantee:

• A marriage within any particular period.
• That a specific person will accept a proposal.
• That a prospective match will respond to communication.
• That two families will agree to proceed.
• That an introduction will result in a meeting.
• That a meeting will result in engagement or marriage.
• That a particular number of proposals will be mutually accepted, unless expressly included in a written service commitment.
• That a prospective partner will remain available throughout the membership period.

Terms such as premium, personalised, assisted, elite, confidential or dedicated matchmaking describe the nature or level of service and do not by themselves constitute a guarantee of marriage.

4. Member & Profile Information

Matrimonial profile information may be provided by the member, their parent, family member, representative or another authorised source.

Profile information may include age, education, profession, residence, family details, marital status, community information, preferences, photographs and other information relevant to matrimonial matchmaking.

Asha Matrimony may request supporting information or documents where appropriate. However, users should not assume that every statement contained in every matrimonial profile has been independently investigated or guaranteed by Asha Matrimony.

5. Profile Verification

Asha Matrimony may use verification measures or request documents for identity, age, marital status or other relevant information, depending on the service and circumstances.

Verification can help improve confidence in certain submitted details, but no verification process can guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuing validity of every piece of information provided by a member.

A verification status should therefore not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of a person's character, background, financial condition, compatibility or suitability for marriage.

7. Compatibility

Search preferences, profile matching, community preferences, education, profession, location, family expectations or other criteria can assist in identifying potential proposals.

Asha Matrimony cannot control conduct occurring during private meetings or communications between members.

11. User-Generated Content

Statements, photographs, profile descriptions, preferences and other content submitted by members or their authorised representatives are their responsibility.

Views or representations made by members do not necessarily represent the views of Asha Matrimony.

If you believe profile information is materially false, inappropriate or being misused, please contact Asha Matrimony so the matter can be reviewed.

12. Service Charges & Packages

Charges may vary according to the matrimonial service, package, duration and level of assistance selected by the client.

Payment for a matrimonial package is payment for the applicable service and assistance. It is not payment for a guaranteed marriage or guaranteed acceptance by a prospective match.

Clients should review the applicable service details before purchasing.

Refund and cancellation matters are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

13. NRI & International Matchmaking

Asha Matrimony may assist clients residing in India and overseas, including NRI and international families.

Information relating to nationality, citizenship, visa status, residency, immigration status, employment or overseas residence should be independently verified where such information is relevant to a matrimonial decision.

Asha Matrimony does not provide immigration, visa, citizenship, tax or legal guarantees.
